GROUP REGISTRATIONS

Group reservations will be handled directly via email by the Chapter Chair.
Please provide the following information in your email:

- Total Number of Guests
- First and Last Names of all guests
- Company
- Title
- Organization/Affiliation (if applicable)
- Contact email

You will receive a follow-up email regarding your group discount rate and payment instructions.
Please note your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a receipt of payment.
